Download Yaqoot App

Download Yaqoot App for Android and iOS and Open the Application. Click on Order/Activate to Order the Sim

Click on Order Yaqoot Sim

To Order Yaqoot Sim, You will need an Absher Account and National Address

Select Yaqoot Sim Package

Yaqoot Sim packages start from SAR 80/Month as shown in the screenshot above

Confirm Yaqoot Sim Package

Click Next to proceed to Select your Address

Select Your Address for Yaqoot Sim

Click on “This is My Location”

Choose a Number

Make sure to Screenshot or store the number selected for later reference.

Select Nationality, Iqama and Absher Phone Number

The phone number here is your existing number, linked with Absher.

Select Delivery Date of Yaqoot Sim

The delivery of Yaqoot Sim will take 1-3 days depending upon your location

Delivery Schedule Confirmation

Click Continue. Once the Sim is delivered and activated, You will pay the package price.

Yaqoot Sim Order Confirmation

Yaqoot sim is now successfully ordered. You will receive your sim on the Scheduled date.

Yaqoot Sim Order Tracking

Keep Checking the App for Yaqoot Sim Delivery Status as it will be shown in the App Dashboard

Activate Yaqoot Sim

Proceed to Activate Yaqoot Sim by Scanning the barcode or Entering the Barcode manually via the App. You must Enter your National address for verification and complete activating the sim.

Select National Address to finalize Activation

Choose your National Address, Building Number and Additional Number

Agree to Yaqoot Sim contract terms

Check “I have read and agree to data privacy policy” to continue

Verify using Absher or Nifad

Enter Your Absher Login details to confirm Activation

Pay Yaqoot Sim Package price

Proceed to Pay for the Yaqoot Sim Package Online and your Sim will be Activated within 1 week.

Yaqoot Sim Call & Data Balance Check

You can Check your Voice Balance and Internet Data Balance via Yaqoot App Dashboard.

Yaqoot Customer Care

If for any reason you are facing any problems activating or Ordering the Sim, The easiest way to connect with Yaqoot Customer care is by opening the Yaqoot Phone application and pressing on “Help” Menu. This will enable you to Live Chat with Customer care. Describe your Issue and you’ll be asked to enter your email address through which your query may be clarified.
